Clare Murphy
Director
Clare left a career as Projects Director for an International Design agency to set up Callm Properties Limited in 2020. The main focus was to grow a sizeable and profitable portfolio of rental properties throughout the UK. She did that…and some!
Small-scale property development was the natural next step for the company. With the full support of both her fellow Director and NEA, the development arm of Callm Properties Limited was born and Clare has never looked back.
By being a small-scale ‘niche’ developer with experience in what homeowners are looking for, Clare can perfectly match the Investment opportunity with the end users.
When not immersing herself in Property, Clare volunteers at the local cricket club and runs the bar. Callm Properties Limited are now one of their very proud sponsors and are helping to maintain grass roots cricket within the local community

When not roaming the streets looking for the perfect property, Alex is committed to turning his local village Cricket Club into the perfect ‘go to’ club of choice and volunteers any spare time he has.
